DataV Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataV, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

DataV is a cloud-based asset management and data visualization platform that allows users to upload and connect data, create interactive dashboards, share with team members and clients, and access AI-powered data analysis features.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use DataV, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@datav.agency if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use DataV.

4. Your Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. DataV does not claim ownership of any data you upload or create using our Service.

4.2 License to DataV

You grant DataV a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DataV to upload illegal content, violate laws, infringe on IP rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, use it for competitive analysis, or resell access without authorization.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The DataV platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by VLTRN and protected by intellectual property laws. If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without obligation.

8. Third-Party Services

DataV integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You agree to indemnify DataV and VLTRN from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of others, or data you upload.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violation of Terms, non-payment, extended inactivity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, we may delete your data after 30 days.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, except for small claims. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DataV
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a business transfer
